Business Problem

Inspirit AI sells $1.4K AI/ML programs to high-school students and their parents — a considered purchase with a short seasonal window and two decision-makers who want different things. Paid spend was running without a clear line between click and enrollment.

Deals landed in HubSpot, but nobody could say which campaigns produced revenue versus which produced

volume. With a six-month budget on the table and enrollment cycles that close fast, the team was optimizing toward form fills and hoping revenue followed. It mostly did - but not knowably, and not repeatably. Scaling spend meant scaling a guess.

Diagnosis

We audited the account against closed-won data, not platform-reported conversions.

Three gaps surfaced.

  1. Attribution stopped at the lead - HubSpot deal outcomes never fed back into Google or Meta, so bidding optimized for cheap leads instead of enrolled students.
  2. Parent and student intent were being served identical messaging despite different objections: outcomes versus interest.
  3. Budget pacing ignored the enrollment calendar, spending flat across months when demand was concentrated. The account wasn't broken. It was blind - buying volume at a cost per lead that looked healthy and a cost per enrollment nobody was measuring.

Execution

We wired HubSpot closed-won deals back into Google and Meta as the optimization signal, so both platforms bid toward enrollments rather than form fills. Audiences were split by decision-maker — outcome and credential proof for parents, curriculum and project depth for students — with creative built per side.

Budget was re-paced against the enrollment calendar, concentrating spend into the windows where cohorts actually fill. Landing pages were rebuilt around a single enrollment action.

Reporting moved into HubSpot as the single source of truth, so every campaign decision was made against deal revenue instead of platform- attributed leads.

Business Impact

Jan–Jun 2026. $100K in performance marketing spend across Google and Meta ads produced $3.4M in closed-won revenue — a 34x return. 2,371 enrollments closed at an average deal value of $1.44K, with zero deals left open in the pipeline and an average deal age of 17 hours from creation to close.
